As summer winds down the Miami real estate market picks back up at the same time school is back in session which makes it an exciting time of year!!!! As we approach Labor Day weekend this is directly correlated with when folks who live in the colder parts of the country get their swimming pool ready to be all closed up! This is not the case in Miami as we enjoy warm weather all year long. It is an excellent time to relocate, purchase and enjoy our climate and much easier if you have kids to not deal with the snow and gray daily weather!!!! Check out some of our favorite pools on our listings for sale in South Florida and contact us at 305-807-9199 if you have interest in buying or selling or leasing in South Florida today!  With having lived in Miami for almost 20 years and raising my four children in Coconut Grove, I can greatly assist with your real estate move as well as provide excellent advice on the school systems as I have 4 in 4 different schools all over Miami!  Below is a non-exhaustive list of a few of our area’s private and public schools.
