Aspen Ski Company

Access Aspen Mountain’s 153-acre expansion via the Silver Queen Gondola to the new Hero’s chairlift. Note the northeast-facing area above 10,000 feet is for expert skiers only. Aspen Gondola Plaza’s AspenX shop opened a second location in Snowmass Base Village for Aether’s ski apparel collaboration, equipment rentals including Black Crows skis, and lifestyle and café items. Swiss artist Claudia Comte’s work adorns 2023/24 lift tickets.

Sotheby’s Aspen

Sotheby’s Aspen has a case of the winter blues in a good way. On view from December 21 to February 11, its group show “This is the Color of My Dreams” is selling artworks in various shades of the hue as homage to Joan Miro’s eponymous painting.
